FezSaveRestoreData
struct FezSaveRestoreData : Content, SendableAn LFG or Personal/Private Event, stored under the user that owns it. Seamail, cancelled, and deleted fezzes are never saved. Times are the raw database values (port time), so no time conversion happens on import. Imported fezzes keep their IDs so links to them work on both servers; the owner is always the sole participant.

The fez’s ID on the exporting server. Optional so that userfiles made before this field existed still decode; those fezzes get new IDs.
